Peter is a fifth year graduate student at Washington State University completing a multidisciplinary doctorate combining economics, engineering and natural resources. His supervisor is Michael Wolcott. Prior to his graduate studies at WSU, Peter worked as a senior field engineer on the Plate Boundary Observatory operated by UNAVCO and conducted geological field surveys for Geotechnical Associates.

Peter contributes to NARA by providing economic analyses to the developing supply chain scenarios in the NARA region. He is also an instructor for the IDX course.

He earned a master’s degree in economics and political science from the California Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Pitzer College.
