Blake Hough is a graduate student working towards a doctoral degree in chemical engineering at the University of Washington. He contributes to NARA working through the Tribal Projects team performing biomass supply estimates based on ecologically-based management goals and harvest plans at a landscape level. Prior to his graduate work at the University of Washington, Blake was the Sustainability Coordinator at Johns Hopkins University, then spent a few years as a high school biology/biochemistry teacher at Spring Street International School in Friday Harbor, Washington.
Blake received a bachelor’s of science degree in chemical and biomolecular engineering from John Hopkins University.
