Facing the Future is proud to be a member of the Education Team of the Northwest Advanced Renewables Alliance (NARA). On Wednesday, September 28, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s National Institute of Food and Agriculture announced two major grants to the Pacific Northwest region including a $40 million grant awarded to Washington State University and multiple partners to form NARA for a groundbreaking biofuels research project.
